New event space unveiled in the heart of Pepper Place

The Sage is open now and ready to host your next big event.

The owners of Melt proudly announce the grand opening of a new event space located in the historic architectural heritage building at Pepper Place. This new venue seamlessly blends the eclectic charm of the Magic City with old-world sophistication, creating a unique canvas for unforgettable gatherings.

The event space offers versatile capacity, accommodating up to 112 seated guests and 350 standing, with additional room in the courtyard for larger events. It features a stunning ambiance with high ceilings, ample natural light, and garage doors that open into a beautiful courtyard, which can be tented for bigger events. The venue is equipped with comprehensive amenities, including tables and chairs available for rent, a spacious chef’s kitchen and walk-in cooler for caterer use, ample storage space, four ADA-compliant bathrooms, a large built-in bar, and handicapped accessible facilities.

The venue features a carefully curated list of preferred vendors to ensure every event is executed flawlessly. No expense was spared in transforming the old warehouse into a stunning masterpiece, with exposed brick walls, reclaimed lumber, state-of-the-art kitchen spaces, and brand-new restrooms, all anchored by an expansive outdoor patio. With more than 5,000 square feet of newly renovated event space, this venue is can support any event imaginable.
