The 2025 World Police and Fire Games will bring Sport and Honor to the Greater Birmingham area in the summer of 2025. The Opening Ceremony is set for June 27, 2025, and will kickoff 11 days of exciting competition between First Responders from all over the world.
The WPFG are an Olympic-style competition with thousands of athletes representing first responders from different countries across the world. This includes law enforcement, firefighters, and officers from corrections, probation, border protection, immigration and customs. The Games are held biennially and the Official Games program will include 60+ events across dozens of Greater Birmingham venues.
